Management system (IMS)
Anyone who wants to survive in the face of the competition cannot leave factors like quality, health and safety in the workplace, and environmental protection to chance. Quality assurance, the protection of our employees, and operational environmental protection have developed into indispensable aspects of modern corporate management. Rather than managing these areas separately, integrating the three systems gives us leaner and more efficient control of processes in the organisation. In terms of operational practice, the integrated management system plays an essential role when it comes to continually improving the organisation in our companies with respect to market requirements, clients, the state and society.
As a service provider for many reputable energy supply companies and mobile network operators in Europe, we meet these challenges. The focus is on our clients' wishes, and they are the yardstick by which we orient our activities. Our integrated management system (IMS) fulfils the requirements of the international ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 standards.
The independent certification body 'TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH' has confirmed our conformity with the standards.
We interpret quality to mean that our employees act in a process-oriented manner to attain client satisfaction. This quality is subject to continual assessment, with the aim of constantly improving our own standards. Among other things, this entails safe, clean and punctual order execution.
We practice and communicate work and health protection. Any endangerment resulting from workplaces, work materials and dangerous substances is established and minimised by appropriate means. In this way, we attain a high degree of employee safety and satisfaction. Our aim is to have accident-free operation, because we believe that accidents are avoidable.
We make optimum use of natural resources to protect the environment. We evaluate and assess the resources we consume. These findings enable us to derive suitable measures for improving environmental protection. These include reducing the emission of pollutants in our vehicle fleet (including utility vehicles) by employing the latest engine technology and adopting a conscious, defensive style of driving. Furthermore, our certified environmental management system contributes to avoiding operational disturbances with environmental relevance and minimising any effects as far as possible, in the event of a disturbance.
